The Context

MSA's 2023 Vocational Education Research highlighted that alongside developing professional expertise, participants were looking for more personalized guidance to understand how they could combine their education, individual strengths and digital capabilities to shape a career path of their own.

MSA wanted to help them go beyond choosing a profession and explore where, within the culinary world, they could specialize, differentiate themselves and create their own direction.

Participants particularly valued that the day was interactive rather than a one-way presentation, with active dialogue and high energy sustained throughout the workshop.

We partnered with Alignment Key to help students connect the education they were already receiving with their individual capabilities, and explore where they could specialize and make a difference in the culinary world. The program was very positively received.

Twenty-six members of a U.S. employee network group within a global renewable energy company participated in a professional development experience designed to deepen self-awareness and strengthen their understanding of one another.

The goal was to help participants recognize their natural strengths and working styles, appreciate different ways of contributing, and gain insights they could apply to communication, collaboration, and their continued development.
